Alright, it's a Boston Market. I understand that it's a quick service restaurant, but I still expect a clean restaurant and helpful staff. This location did not have either of those things. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was just a little bit grimy and not as clean as I would have liked it. The staff were rushed and impersonal, not friendly at all. The food was very salty, which I've never experienced at a Boston Market before.

Went there to pick up a slice of pumpkin pie. It tasted very mediocre and not fresh. Staff were very nice, warm and friendly. Hence the 2 stars.

Well, at least I wasn't overcharged for the all-dark. That manager must be gone now. But I had to ask twice for utensils in a to-go order and never did get napkins. Really? I do love their food, though.

The food is good but floors are slippery from soap that they use for cleaning and tables are sticky

Someone needs to send this Boston Market up to Saint Louis Park, MN to show them how a Boston Market should be. Garlic dill potatoes were watery and skimped on the dill and garlic. If I want flavorless potatoes then I'll go to KFC, thank you. The mac n cheese was really the only thing I enjoyed of the meal. It tasted the same as any other BM. Chicken was atrocious. Maybe they had an off day, but 2/3 pieces of chicken had no marinated skin on it (that's the best part!). The 1 piece that did have skin was burned. All of them were dry. The lemonade was the worst part. It tasted as if it had been fermenting in there for a while. Sadness. Staff was fast and friendly. I'll give them that. And my $1.25 off coupon made this meal less depressing.

I was dragged here by a coworker and was not impressed. The cornbread was a little hard and the chicken was super dry.

Store associates know their shit. I stopped in for a meal and the staff were courteous and kind with a smile. A young lady which helped me with the order, up-sold me to a bigger meal which got me more and cost less then what I thought was the best meal deal. That was cool. Mac and cheese has been sucking at all their locations lately, its alot more runny now. Food was fresh and fast. This location is bigger than most with more varieties of table settings, i.e. booths, single tables or round. BTW, the young lady which helped me, freakin cute Indian chick. Her sister running food back and forth, also a cutie.

This is not a fancypants restaurant by any means, but I just love their 1/4 dark/white piece meals. I try and rotate between the sides but the loaded mashed potatoes are really good, as is the tortilla soup, and maybe the veggies. Absolutely love their corn bread though, MMM! The girls that work here are really nice.

My wife picked up some turkey dinner from there with a few sides. All in all, not a bad meal for a chain restaurant. The turkey was a bit dry but flavorful and nicely cooked. The spinach side was also decent. I didn't like their mac'n'cheese though. The corn bread was tasty. I guess once in a while to replace a home cooked dinner, it's not such a bad place. Definitely better than hitting the local fast food chain. However, the menu seems pretty small overall so I guess there is a risk of boredom setting in if you go there too often. And no matter what, Boston Market's food will never ever come close to my wife's turkey and green bean casserole. Or course, probably no restaurant would come close to my wife's cooking of course.

Buying my dinner here was the nicest experience I've ever had at a Boston Market. The manager/owner was super friendly and ready to do whatever it took to please his customers. The staff were "on the ball" and also super nice. I left this place with a smile on my face!

This is hands down the best Boston Market I've ever been to. Long time lover of their sweet potato casserole...I've been to a few of the other locations in the city and YUCK! The stores are dirty, never have a "fresh" selection of sides, and the associates are rude. I stopped in at this location one day during my lunch break and was so pleasantly surprised! All counter full of yummy deliciousness, friendly clerks who walk your food to a clean table, and prompt pleasant service. You, Mount Prospect, give Boston Market at good name!

Very disappointed... Meatloaf was luke warm at best... Mac and cheese was so watery... Actually quite disgusting.... Only 1 salt shaker in the entire place... When I asked the manager for any others, he told me that they don't have any! Wait a second... About 15 tables with 15 pepper shakers, but only 1 salt shaker? Bathrooms were remodeled about 15 years ago... And smell like they've been cleaned once or twice since then...
